Judge protects T-shirt with dead troops’ names

It’s sickening to think that someone is making a profit using the names of the fallen and causing their families more pain by cruelly reminding them that their loved one is no longer alive. There needs to be a limit on freedom of speech, especially when it is causing emotional trauma to people.

Ban this, ban that. You are reacting on an emotional level, saying that the government should ban this because you don’t like it. You don’t like it? Too bad. I don’t like it, either. If you look at his Web site, he is not doing this for profit; he is doing it because he believes in his message. His right to say it is one of the reasons I fight, and I wouldn’t take that away from him for all of the disgust in the world.

Didn’t we just have a few articles about how the Navy is losing credibility? Now, we say we want three ships. Next week we’ll say zero, next month we’ll say five. Is anyone going to show some real leadership in the shipbuilding/planning community?
