The Navy has published the results of special and general courts-martial tried in September — 33 verdicts in all. The cases, by the region in which they were tried:

Naval District Washington

General court-martial

■ In Washington, D.C., IT2 Christian Wille pleaded guilty to assault consummated by a battery and to drunk and disorderly conduct. On Sept. 5, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge and confinement for 90 days.

Navy Region Mid-Atlantic

General courts-martial

■ In Groton, Connecticut, CSSN Ivan C. Vega pleaded guilty to sexual abuse of a child and receipt and possession of child pornography. On Sept. 5, a military judge sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge and confinement for 78 months.

■ In Norfolk, Virginia, FC1 Renato M. Serrano pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a child. On Sept. 9, a military judge sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge and confinement for 15 years.

■ In Norfolk, MMFA Roberto C. Ayala pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and MDMA (Ecstasy). On Sept. 15, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, a reduction to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 30 months.

■ In Norfolk, SN Justin C. Storey pleaded guilty to sexual assault. On Sept. 30, a military judge sentenced him to forfeit all pay and allowances, a reduction to paygrade E-1 and confinement for seven months.

Special courts-martial

■ In Norfolk, an E-3 was tried for abusive sexual contact. On Sept. 3, a panel of members returned a verdict of not guilty.

■ In Norfolk, ET1 Byron Shelton pleaded guilty to assault consummated by a battery. On Sept. 19, a military judge sentenced him to a reduction to paygrade E-3 and confinement for 90 days.

Navy Region Southeast

General courts-martial

■ In Mayport, Florida, at a sentencing rehearing, MA1 Dwayne Doctor was sentenced for sexual harassment, false official statement, abusive sexual contact and indecent exposure. On Sept. 4, a panel of members sentenced him to a reprimand, forfeit $2,034 a month for two months, a reduction to paygrade E-3 and confinement for 60 days.

■ In Jacksonville, Florida, HM3 Damon Shirah was tried for sexual assault. On Sept. 9, a panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to the lesser included offense of abusive sexual contact and sentenced him to confinement for 30 days.

■ In Mayport, YN2 Paul E. Cooper, a reservist, was tried for sexual assault, abusive sexual contact and sexual harassment. On Sept. 19, a panel of members returned a verdict of not guilty to sexual harassment and guilty to sexual assault and abusive sexual contact, and sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge and confinement for five years.

■ In Jacksonville, SA Jovon C. Ashworth pleaded guilty to sexual abuse of a child, possession of child pornography and soliciting another to distribute child pornography. On Sept. 26, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, a reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, a fine of $3,000 and confinement for 15 months.

■ In Jacksonville, CTR2 Timothy Krieger pleaded guilty to wrongful possession of child pornography. On Sept. 29, a military judge sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, a reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, a fine of $5,000 and confinement for 40 months.

Special courts-martial

■ In Mayport, HM2 Kenneth C. Brown pleaded guilty to larceny and selling military property. On Sept. 15, a military judge sentenced him to a reprimand, a reduction in rank to paygrade E-4 and restriction for 45 days.

■ In Mayport, HN Anthony A. Jett pleaded guilty to sexual harassment and assault consummated by a battery. On Sept. 19, a military judge sentenced him to a reduction to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 49 days.

■ In Pensacola, Florida, ABE3 John A. Hanson pleaded guilty to indecently exposing himself. On Sept. 22, a military judge sentenced him to forfeit $150 a month for three months, a reduction to paygrade E-2 and hard labor without confinement for three months.

■ In Mayport, Marine PFC Roger A. Santiago pleaded guilty to larceny. On Sept. 24, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, a reduction to paygrade E-1, a fine of $4,600 and confinement for 21 days.

■ In Mayport, CS2 Germany L. Jones pleaded guilty to assault consummated by a battery and to sexual harassment. On Sept. 25, a military judge sentenced him to forfeit $1,000 a month for two months, a reduction to paygrade E-3 and confinement for 28 days.

■ In Mayport, EM3 Joseph M. Knieriemen pleaded guilty to receipt of obscene material. On Sept. 25, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, a reduction to paygrade E-3 and confinement for 6 months.

Navy Region Midwest

General court-martial

■ In Great Lakes, Illinois, DC2 Tyson R. Calamity pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact. On Sept. 18, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge and confinement for 42 months.

Navy Region Northwest

Special courts-martial

■ In Bremerton, Washington, ABH3 Alzavia P. Lee was tried for drug distribution. On Sept. 17, a panel of members returned a verdict of guilty and sentenced him to a reduction to paygrade E-1and confinement for 90 days.

■ In Bremerton, GSM2 Logan J. Pritzl pleaded guilty to violating a lawful general order, drug possession and drug distribution. On Sept. 18, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, a reduction to paygrade E-1 and confinement for six months.

Navy Region Southwest

General courts-martial

■ In San Diego, an O-4 was tried for sexual contact with a child, indecent liberties with a person under 16 years of age, a lewd act with a child, sodomy and an indecent act with a child. On Sept. 8, a panel of members returned a verdict of not guilty.

■ In San Diego, ABFAN Cody Pondswhytus pleaded guilty to assault. On Sept. 10, a military judge sentenced him to forfeit $500 a month for two months, a reduction to paygrade E-2 and confinement for 70 days.

Special courts-martial

■ In San Diego, an E-3 was tried for wrongful use of spice. On Sept. 17, a military judge returned a verdict of not guilty.

■ In San Diego, HMC Herman Davis pleaded guilty to fraternization. On Sept. 30, a military judge sentenced him to a reprimand, a fine of $4,200 and restriction for 45 days.

Navy Region Hawaii

Special courts-martial

■ In Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, EMC David M. Gray was tried for wrongful use of controlled substances and a false official statement. On Sept. 11, a panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to wrongful use of controlled substances. Sept. 12, a panel of members sentenced him to a reduction to paygrade E-6 and hard labor without confinement for 15 days.

■ In Pearl Harbor, AM2 Devin C. Seachrist pleaded guilty to assault consummated by a battery. On Sept. 25, a military judge sentenced him to forfeit $1,000 a month for two months, a reduction to paygrade E-3 and confinement for two months.

■ In Pearl Harbor, STSSN David D. Burrell pleaded guilty to wrongful uses of marijuana and a false official statement. On Sept. 29, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, a reduction to paygrade E-1 and confinement for two months.

Navy Region Japan

General courts-martial

■ In Yokosuka, Japan, an E-1 was tried for violation of a lawful general order, rape and sexual assault. On Sept. 19, a panel of members returned a verdict of not guilty.

■ In Yokosuka, ENS Alexander Petit pleaded guilty to violation of a lawful general order, dereliction of duty, indecent visual recording and obstruction of justice. On Sept. 25, the military judge sentenced him to a dismissal from the service and confinement for 14 months.

Special courts-martial

■ In Yokosuka, AOAN Tyler Wakeman pleaded guilty to dereliction of duty and reckless endangerment. On Sept. 4, a military judge sentenced him to a reduction to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 30 days.

■ In Yokosuka, ABE3 Cameron Moses pleaded guilty to dereliction of duty, a false official statement, misbehavior of a sentinel and reckless endangerment. On Sept. 5, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, a reduction to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 45 days.

■ In Yokosuka, OS3 Clyde Ivy pleaded guilty to dereliction of duty, violation of a lawful order and reckless endangerment. On Sept. 15, a military judge sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, a reduction to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 30 days.
