The Navy has released the names of the 377 sailors selected for advancement to the Navy’s top enlisted rank.
The board convened April 1 in Millington, Tennessee to sift through the records of 3,373 eligible sailors, 109 fewer candidates than were considered last year.

The chance for a senior chief to advance dropped to 11 percent this year, down from 15 percent just two years ago.
